Patient Portal
After your initial visit (or before if requested), our staff will enable your account for our Patient Portal. You will receive an email once you have been activated.
On the portal, you will be able to access your medical record, send secure messages to the office, view historical or upcoming appointments, and join previously scheduled televisits. Portal messages are checked during office hours by our staff and should only be used for routine questions, not urgent medical concerns.
You can also login to the patient portal from the Healow app on your smartphone or tablet using the same username and password.
