Insurance Information

Our insurance coordinators work with many insurance companies and plans. We participate with traditional Medicare and most commercial PPO plans. We do not accept any HMO plans, Marketplace plans, Medicaid, or Medicare Advantage plans. Patients with insurance we do not accept would be considered self pay, as we do not submit out of network claims to insurance. It is important that we have your most updated information because many companies frequently change policies, and it is sometimes difficult to accurately estimate our patient’s financial responsibility. 

All payments are due at the time of service. We will file your in network medical insurance claims for you. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any remaining patient balance due will be billed to you. If you have paid in excess, it will be refunded to you. Cosmetic procedures are elective and not covered by health insurance.
