For many years, Dr. Ahuero and Dr. Longo have had the privilege of volunteering on medical mission trips to Guatemala through Faith In Practice (www.faithinpractice.org), a Houston-based nonprofit. They spend one week each year performing 40-50 surgeries at Las Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro Hospital and Orphanage in Antigua, Guatemala. The doctors are honored to care for their Guatemalan patients.
